Dear Club Member,

I hope all is well with you and your family and look forward to your next vacation with us. 

In spite of the current adverse economy we are continuing to maintain, repair and upgrade as required.  Some of the projects that have been completed, are in process, or are planned are as follows:                                                                                                                                                       

  1. All phase 2 A/C systems have been replaced.
  2. Sea walls and other property repairs and improvement have been completed.
  3. Roofs have been resealed and painted.
  4. Exterior walls have been rebuilt and painted as required.
  5. Window treatments, new mattresses, etc. are being installed as required.
  6. Interior painting is continuing as required.
  7. Room decoration.

In keeping with our goal to increase Ocean Club value, preserve your vacation investment and in light of the upscale developments nearby, with units selling between $600,000.00 and over $7,000,000.00, we are planning several phases of major upgrades for the coming years.  These upgrades include:

  1. New kitchen cabinets including granite counter tops.
  2. New bathroom fixtures.
  3. New furnishings.
  4. New appliances.

We thank all our members that Ocean Club owner loyalty rates among the highest in the industry and we will continue to do our best to maintain this status.

We will re-open the restaurant with new operators (Jayne & Ken Donaldson) who are also Ocean Club members.  They plan to operate much differently than the prior operators and will provide an excellent menu with other personalized food services.  They are making a considerable investment in this venture and will need and appreciate your patronage.  Their prices, quality and services should be very good and we anticipate it will be a win-win situation.
